Please transfer payment to our Maybank account using Internet banking, ATM machines or cash deposit. We will give bank details once you have confirmed your order.

Shipping

For Malaysia orders, we ship via Poslaju. Poslaju is closed on Sundays and on some Saturdays. Please allow 2 working days for your package to arrive. Shipping charges is as follows:

Malaysia
Peninsular Malaysia: RM6.00 (first item) and add RM1.50 for each additional item**
East Malaysia: RM8.00 (first item) and add RM2.00 for each additional item**

For international orders, we ship via International Airmail. Cost is as follows:

Flat Rate Shipping of RM15 to Singapore & Brunei
Singapore: RM15 (first item) and add RM0 [FREE] for each additional item
Brunei: RM15 (first item) and add RM0 [FREE] for each additional item

Other Countries
Australia: RM16 (for first item) and add RM3 (for each additional item).
Other Countries not listed above: RM18 (for first item) and add RM5 (for each additional item).
Cost above already include handling fees.

Packaging

Shipment is discreet. We declare all the items as apparels in the description. All lingerie are wrapped in their original transparent packaging and will be enclosed in Poslaju's envelope. Returns

Due to sanitary reasons, there will be no exchanges. All items are brand new, and will be carefully checked before being dispatched. We are not responsible for any losses or damages of the package or content during shipment.
